JSC KAZGUU University and PF ANA Uiyi signed a memorandum of cooperation in which a joint charity project “Zhas ana – bіlіmdі ana” («Young mother is well-educated mother») will be implemented. The project was launched with the support of the charity Fund Endowment KAZGUU and offers social educational grant to young unwed mothers with minor children.

Thus, single mothers will have the opportunity to receive higher professional education in a leading law university of the country free of charge or at a discount.

Currently KAZGUU appears the first and only initiator of the social projects which offer educational grants for representatives of socially vulnerable categories of the population, gifted graduates of schools, lyceums, holders of merit certificate “Altyn Belgi”, the winners of national competitions and other promising children.

As noted by Nadezhda Korobko, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC KAZGUU University, these projects contribute to the achievement of the University’s main mission – to serve the people, giving them the opportunity to receive high-quality and affordable education in Kazakhstan.

Let us recall that this year KAZGUU has already allocated 10 educational grants and coupon certificates for young mothers under the similar national contest “Anashym”. Currently, young mothers successfully continue their education at the University on the basis of distance education for free. In addition, in the new 2016-2017 academic year, more than 50 secondary school graduates and holders of merit certificate “Altyn Belgi” have been provided with Rector’s grants. Thus, the university is systematically implementing the goal – support for talented young people who will enter the constellation of highly qualified specialists of the new generation of the country.
