KAZGUU celebrates the Constitution day by announcing the winners of the Republican competition

Supporting women entrepreneurs in Kazakhstan is one of the joint initiatives of M. Narikbayev KAZGUU University and the RK NEC Atameken’s Astana Business Women’s Council. The project started back in April and so far 7 candidates have been selected from the applicants who submitted their business plan proposals to the Jury.

Today the members of the jury announced the names of the two winners who will receive full scholarship: one to study for an MBA degree, and the other at one of the programmes the Centre for Distance Learning, including Jurisprudence, International Law, and Economics).

The lucky winner of the KAZGUU Business School scholarhip is Zhanna Aidenova who submitted a proposal for a socially orientated project on local production of children’s items using freelance labour. This project will allow young mothers and members of large families to take part in the manufacturing of quality and affordable goods for children.
